Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 45 days return/exchange policy for all customers. Customers may return the product within 45 days of the invoice date, for either a replacement or refund. Returns will be issued in like-kind payment and may take up to 30 days to process. 20% restocking fee applies on return. Return or exchange can only be done if the following conditions are met:

  • A written request (via email or mail) must be submitted, stating the reason for the request with payment receipt and a copy of the invoice for an exchange or return merchandise authorization. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to customers and returns are not accepted without an RMA number. For exchanging merchandise EMA number will be required and exchanges will not be accepted without an EMA number.
  • A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the return including RMA/EMA number.
  • The product is returned at the customer’s expense for shipping and handling.
  • The product is returned with a signed statement including the name, address, and telephone number, identifying the reason for the return/exchange.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
    Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
    For an exchange buyer has to pay the shipping and handling fee again.
    Credit by the same means payment was made.
  • All returned items due to invalid address provided by the buyer or refused by the buyer upon delivery will be refunded (less shipping amount including shipping charged by carrier) or reshipping will require shipping charges to be paid by the buyer.
  • In the case the item gets damaged during shipment, the buyer must return the item to get a replacement.
  • All downloadable items are final sales and are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
    ArmorPolymers.com reserves the right to reverse refund/charge card in the case when refund is issued prior to receiving merchandise but no merchandise was returned by the customer.
